Terms of Service

Last updated: July 10, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Artrelo. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Artrelo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of service

Artrelo provides AI-assisted maintenance intake, triage, vendor routing, and scheduling tools for landlords, property managers, and their tenants. We may update or modify features over time.

3. Accounts and responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, upload unlawful content, or use it to violate the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed per unit on a monthly or annual basis as described on our pricing page. Fees are prorated when units are added or removed. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

6. Intellectual property

Artrelo and its underlying technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and grant us a limited license to use it to operate and provide the service.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that maintenance issues will be resolved within any particular timeframe or that AI triage will be error-free. You remain responsible for decisions affecting your property and tenants.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artrelo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, subject to sections that survive by their nature.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Artrelo is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
