How you’d pay us

One subscription for the software. Simple enough to explain in a sentence.

Per unit, per month

You pay for the units active in Artrelo. Add or remove units as your portfolio changes.

No setup fees

No onboarding charge and no implementation fee. Import your portfolio from a spreadsheet and start.

No per-request charges

Intake, triage, routing and coordination are not metered. A busy month costs the same as a quiet one.

Paying for the work

How the work itself gets paid for

Artrelo doesn’t stop at dispatching a vendor — it pays them too. That means money moves through Artrelo, so here is exactly how it works before you talk to us.

01

You fund a balance

Top up your wallet from the dashboard. Card payments run through Stripe, and the balance is only credited once Stripe confirms the payment has settled.

02

Approved work is reserved

When a job is approved, its expected cost is held against your balance. Committed work can never be spent twice, and you always see what is reserved against what is available.

03

The vendor is paid after the work is verified

Vendors submit completion evidence and your tenant confirms the work was actually done. Only then is a payout released. A disputed job goes to review instead of paying out.

04

The limits stay yours

Set spend quotas per property, per category and per unit. Require approval for first-time vendors, for anything over quota, and before Artrelo looks beyond your own vendor list.

Stripe holds the money, not us

Payments and vendor payouts run on Stripe, which handles vendor identity verification and bank custody. Vendor banking details never touch our database — we store only a reference to the Stripe account.

Frequently asked questions

Pricing, payments, and how Artrelo fits your operation.

What counts as a "unit"?+

A unit is any individually rentable space in your portfolio — an apartment, a single-family home, or a commercial suite. You only pay for units that are active in Artrelo.

Why is there no price on this page?+

Because we're still setting it, and we would rather quote you honestly than publish a number we might have to change. Book a demo and we'll price your portfolio on the call.

Do I need to fund a wallet to use Artrelo?+

Yes, if you want Artrelo to pay your vendors. Artrelo coordinates the job and releases payment once the work is verified, which means the funds for that work sit in your Artrelo balance. You top it up from the dashboard and you set the spend limits.

Can I keep my own vendors?+

Yes — your vendor list is yours, and preferred vendors are matched first. Artrelo only looks beyond your list if you've allowed it, and you can require approval before it does.

What happens if my tenant says the work was not done?+

The job moves to a disputed state instead of paying out. Vendors submit completion evidence, the tenant confirms it, and a job that fails either check goes to review before any money is released.

Does Artrelo replace my property management software?+

No. Artrelo is the maintenance coordination layer around your existing operation — intake, triage, vendor routing, approvals, scheduling and payment for repairs. It does not handle leasing, rent collection or accounting.

How do I get my portfolio into Artrelo?+

You import it from a spreadsheet. Upload your properties and units as a CSV and configure your approval rules from there — there is no integration to build first.
